2. Web hosting and automatic data processing on this website

In order to provide our website safely and efficiently, we use the services of tárhely.eu Hungary. Our website is accessed from their servers (or servers managed by them). For this purpose, we may use infrastructure and platform services, computing capacity, storage and database services, as well as security services and technical maintenance services.

As part of the hosting, our web hosting provider processes all data that is generated when you use our website and communicate with us. This will generally include the IP address required to make the content of our online offerings available to browsers, and any entries made to our online offerings or through our websites.

When you access our website, this information is automatically stored in so-called server log files which are transmitted by your browser to us or to your web hosting provider. These are usually:

– the IP address of the accessing computer,

– the time of the server request,

– Browser type/version,

– operating system used,

– Referring URL (previously visited page).

Server log files may be used for security purposes, e.g. to avoid overloading servers and to ensure server load and stability. Temporary storage of the IP address by the system is also necessary to ensure that the website is delivered to your computer at all. The legal basis for the temporary storage of this data is § 25 (2) 2 TTDSG. The data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. As the collection of data necessary for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the functioning of the website, you have no right to object.

3. Contact us

When you contact us (e.g. via a contact form, email, phone or social media), your data will be processed in order to process and handle your contact request.

If you have given your consent, the legal basis for processing your data is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Otherwise, the legal basis for the processing of these data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, in particular if you transmit the data to us by e-mail. If you want to work towards the conclusion of a contract by contacting us, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR is an additional legal basis.

If there is a contact form on our website, the data entered in the input mask will be transmitted and stored, e.g. name and e-mail address. The data will only be used to respond to your requests. This is also our legitimate interest in processing your personal data. Unless explicitly stated in the contact form, the data will not be passed on to third parties. We also record your IP address and the time of sending.

We may also temporarily store your information in a customer relationship management system (“CRM system”) or similar request management organization.

The data will be deleted, subject to legal retention periods, as soon as we have finally processed your request.
